- Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
- Once a cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

2. Refund Policy

- Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide the necessary details and confirmation to process the refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Refunds are generally processed within 8–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account depends on the bank or payment gateway.

3. Return and Replacement Policy

- Returns and replacements are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
- Customers must contact us at anandhyalij@gmail.com and provide a clear unboxing video showing the package opening and the issue with the product.
- Customers should report any damage or defect as soon as possible after delivery.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery due to improper handling are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Products must be returned with their original packaging, labels, and seals, wherever applicable.
- All return and replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval.
- If a product does not meet the return eligibility criteria, the return or replacement request may be rejected.

4. Important Information

- Once a refund has been initiated, Ad Nivara is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.
- Customers are advised to retain the order details and any supporting evidence until the issue is resolved.
- Any refund or replacement will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, Ad Nivara reserves the right to reject the return, refund, or replacement request, subject to applicable law.
